The posting

Voor een groeiende onderneming gespecialiseerd in de productie en plaatsing van aluminium ramen en deuren zijn we op zoek naar een Projectverwerker / Calculator.

In deze veelzijdige functie vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen verkoop, projectleiding en productie. Je verwerkt commerciële orders tot concrete productieorders, zorgt voor de nodige materiaalbestellingen en ondersteunt bij de calculatie en opmaak van offertes.

Je krijgt een afwisselende functie waarin technisch inzicht, administratie en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan.

Jouw taken

  • Je zet commerciële orders om naar correcte en volledige productieorders.
  • Je verwerkt hiervoor de technische informatie die wordt aangeleverd door opmeters en projectleiders.
  • Je controleert de beschikbare gegevens en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve en technische verwerking.
  • Je bepaalt welke materialen nodig zijn voor de uitvoering van de projecten.
  • Je bestelt de nodige materialen voor productie.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het uitvoeren van calculaties en kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Je helpt bij de opmaak en verwerking van offertes voor klanten.
  • Je biedt operationele en administratieve backofficeondersteuning aan de projectleiders.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne afdelingen en volgt dossiers zorgvuldig op.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die:

  • Beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en interesse heeft in een technische werkomgeving.
  • Nauwkeurig, ordelijk en gestructureerd werkt.
  • Administratief sterk is en technische informatie correct kan verwerken.
  • Logisch en oplossingsgericht kan denken.
  • Vlot communiceert en graag samenwerkt met collega's.
  • Enthousiast en leergierig is.
  • Bereid is zich verder te verdiepen in de technische aspecten van ramen en deuren.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een correcte dossieropvolging.

Ervaring binnen schrijnwerk, aluminiumconstructies, bouw of een andere technische omgeving is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en technisch inzicht zijn minstens even belangrijk.
