The posting

En Nexion Academy estamos en plena fase de crecimiento y buscamos incorporar un/a Asesor/a Comercial especializado/a en formación máster, con mentalidad de ventas y orientación a resultados.

La posición es 100% a comisión con posibilidad de pasado el periodo de prueba tener un fijo.

La persona seleccionada tendrá un rol clave en la captación de nuevos alumnos, acompañando a cada prospecto durante todo el proceso comercial hasta la matriculación.

Misión del puesto

Convertir oportunidades en alumnos, mediante un proceso de venta consultiva enfocado en entender las necesidades del cliente y ofrecer el programa formativo adecuado.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Prospección y captación de potenciales alumnos interesados en nuestros másteres y cursos.
  • Asesoramiento personalizado para detectar necesidades y recomendar programas formativos.
  • Gestión integral del proceso comercial: contacto inicial, seguimiento y cierre.
  • Optimización del funnel de ventas y tasa de conversión.
  • Registro y seguimiento de actividad comercial en CRM.
  • Fidelización y mantenimiento de relaciones a largo plazo con clientes.

Requisitos y cualificaciones

  • Experiencia previa en ventas, preferiblemente en formación o productos de alto valor.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de generar confianza.
  • Alta orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales y CRM.
  • Valorable conocimiento del sector de formación superior.
