Daily Operations Coordinator

Are you someone who stays calm when everything around you is on fire?

The Daily Operations Coordinator is the person who keeps a busy cleaning operation running when things go sideways.

If you love gaming and have quick instincts, or you have worked in dispatching or front-line operations, this role was built for you.

You'll handle live problems in real time, coordinate cleaners in Spanish, manage customers in English, and make fast calls with incomplete information.

You'll close every open loop before the day ends and have the next day ready to go.

The Role

  • Run the daily operations: confirm jobs, monitor cleaners in the field, and solve same-day problems (call-outs, late arrivals, and access issues before they become lost bookings).
  • Handle customer communications by phone, text, and email in English, keeping them informed and resolving issues quickly and fairly.
  • Coordinate with cleaners in Spanish (scheduling, check-ins, coaching, and resolving problems while treating them with respect).
  • Manage booking changes, upgrades, and billing adjustments.
  • Investigate complaints, decide what to do with incomplete information, and escalate what is beyond your authority.

Skills and Experience

Must-Haves

  • Fluent spoken and written English and strong working Spanish, for handling customers and coordinating with cleaners daily
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or front desk roles handling live issues by phone
  • Background in dispatch, logistics, field coordination, property management, hospitality operations, or restaurant management
  • Comfortable working across multiple software tools at the same time (CRMs, booking systems, communication platforms)
  • A dominant, decisive personality. You take charge, move fast, and do not wait for permission.
  • Computer with 16GB RAM minimum, plus backup internet

Nice-to-Haves

  • Emergency services, EMT, or 911 dispatch background
  • Experience in a marketplace, gig economy, or contractor-based workforce
  • Remote work experience
  • Noise-canceling headsets
  • Familiarity with AI-powered workflow tools

What We Offer

  • $2,200/month USD starting compensation, paid bi-weekly, with a clear path to $2,500+ as you prove yourself
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm US Pacific (with 1-hour lunch). Some flexibility for Tuesday to Saturday if needed.

A Few Things to Know

This is a fast role. You are on the phones, in the systems, and solving problems for the full shift. If you are looking to do laundry while working from home, this is not for you.
