Job Description:
About C&R Software
C&R Software (www.crsoftware.com) builds and operates mission-critical systems for the full collections and recovery lifecycle. Our flagship product, Debt Manager, is the industry's leading collections and recovery platform, trusted by hundreds of organizations in more than 60 countries. Debt Manager is a cloud-native SaaS platform built and operated on AWS across multiple global regions, managing more than $8 trillion as a system of record with demanding requirements for reliability, security and compliance.
Cloud Engineering, part of Operations, serves Cloud Operations, Product Development, QA, Sales and IT from the USA, Canada, Chile, India and Lithuania. We build the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and self-service automation that let teams ship reliable services faster, and we measure success with the DORA metrics. The team is moving from Agile/Kanban toward an AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC), where AI assistants and agents are part of how we build and operate infrastructure.

- Strong grasp of cloud security in regulated environments; fluency in English and Spanish; degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
