For more than 44 years, we’ve built technology in partnership with our customers, helping them improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and deliver better nutritional care.

We’re investing in the future of our platform by adopting modern technologies and working closely with customers to solve complex operational challenges. Our solutions have real-world impact by driving performance enhancement and show up directly in how hospitals, military installations, and other institutions operate every day.

Computrition offers the stability of an established industry leader and the momentum of a company accelerating growth through innovation. We invest in our people and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth where employees can make a meaningful impact. You’ll join experienced professionals who are passionate about solving meaningful problems and delivering measurable outcomes for customers.

With team members across the U.S. and Canada, and as part of a growing portfolio of technology companies owned by Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU.TO), we are well-positioned to continue advancing the future of foodservice and nutrition technology.

If you’re looking to build technology that makes a meaningful impact while growing your career with a stable, innovative company, we’d like to hear from you.

About the Role

Computrition is seeking a Product Manager who combines product management expertise with strong commercial and strategic acumen. You will be primarily focused on Computrition’s next-generation, cloud-native food and nutrition management platform while also supporting our established customer base through ongoing enhancements and strategic product initiatives as business needs require.

As the Product Manager, you will report to the Director of Product and work closely with the EVP of Product. You will help shape product strategy and turn it into results. You take healthcare customer and prospect needs, competitive insight, and financial analysis and build them into differentiated products, strong business cases, and measurable growth.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Design, and Engineering through the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap planning, delivery, launch, and adoption. You support ensuring product outcomes. That means supporting development of clear goals and success measures, making evidence-based prioritized trade-offs, and balancing customer value, usability, feasibility, and commercial return.

  • Directionally, you’ll split your time between: ~40% Discovery & Delivery: Customer conversations, requirements, backlog management, collaboration with Design & Engineering
  • ~30% Strategy & Business Cases: Market and competitive analysis, financial models, roadmap and executive materials
  • ~30% Commercialization: Positioning, pricing, packaging, launches & sales enablement

Of course, the time allocated to this and other responsibilities will be determined by business needs and priorities and may change from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy support: Partner with the Director of Product with product vision, strategy, and portfolio priorities. Prepare analysis, recommendations, and executive-ready materials for leadership reviews and investment decisions.
  • Market and customer insight: Talk with customers and prospects to confirm unmet needs, workflows, buying criteria, and willingness to pay. Analyze competitors and win/loss results to find where Computrition can stand apart and grow.
  • Roadmap and prioritization: Evaluate market opportunities and rank investments by validating demand, strategic fit, customer value, financial impact, and feasibility. Keep the roadmap current and clearly communicated.
  • Business cases: Build advanced Excel financial models covering revenue, pricing, costs, margin, ROI, and payback. Use scenario and sensitivity analysis to recommend investments and explain trade-offs.
  • Commercialization: Lead or contribute to positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans. Support launches and give Sales clear value propositions, competitive guidance, demo narratives, and customer ROI tools.
  • Product delivery: Turn market needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog. Work with Design and Engineering in an Agile environment to deliver and validate customer value.
  • Performance Track adoption, retention, revenue, win rates, and profitability, and use the results to adjust strategy and the roadmap.
  • AI: Use AI responsibly to speed up research and product work. Evaluate AI-enabled product opportunities with attention to accuracy, privacy, and security.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years in product management, management consulting, or strategy experience, with a record of SaaS product and commercial impact
  • Healthcare industry experience, including knowledge of clinical or operational workflows, purchasing processes, and privacy and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA
  • Strong strategic thinking and skill in market and competitive analysis
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling, including business cases, forecasts, ROI analyses, and scenario models
  • Excellent written communication and executive presentation skills, plus the ability to influence across teams without direct authority
  • Familiarity with Pragmatic Institute (formerly Pragmatic Marketing) or similar frameworks, , and product planning tools such as Jira, Aha!, and ClickUp
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, and Healthcare Administration are all relevant

Preferred

  • Management consulting background (for example PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, or a comparable firm)
  • MBA or a related graduate degree
  • Experience with healthcare software, foodservice technology, clinical nutrition, or diet office operations
  • Experience moving customers from a legacy platform to SaaS or cloud
  • Experience working in an AI-driven development lifecycle, where requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria are written so that both people and AI tools can act on them, and comfort adapting your practices as those methods evolve

What Success Looks like

First 90 Days

Develop a deep understanding of our customers, market dynamics, food and nutrition workflows, and platform capabilities. Build strong working relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Design, Engineering, Operations, and your Product Management colleagues. Conduct customer discovery interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and conversations with advisory board members to identify unmet needs, market trends, and growth opportunities. Become the owner of a defined product area, including its roadmap, backlog, key performance metrics, and strategic priorities. Begin evaluating potential product investments through preliminary business cases and commercial assessments.

First 6 Months

Deliver a prioritized product roadmap for your area, grounded in validated customer demand, market research, competitive insights, and business objectives. Develop and present at least one comprehensive business case, including market opportunity analysis, financial modeling, ROI projections, strategic rationale, and implementation recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully launch a feature or product enhancement with clearly defined success metrics, adoption targets, and go-to-market support materials for Sales and Customer Success. Establish a regular cadence for gathering market intelligence and customer feedback to continuously inform product strategy and investment decisions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
