About the Company

Our partner is a fast-growing, seed-stage AI infrastructure startup building an end-to-end testing and observability platform for conversational AI, spanning both voice and chat agents. In under a year they have surpassed seven figures in ARR, backed by top-tier investors, and count global enterprises and Fortune 500 brands among their customers.

The Opportunity

As the Founding SDR, you will be the tip of the spear for outbound. This is a high-volume, execution-focused role: you will run aggressive outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, leveraging AI tools to move fast and generate pipeline with AI engineers and founders.

You will help build the outbound motion from the ground up, working extremely closely with the CEO, with a clear path to grow as the GTM team scales.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume outbound outreach across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate and qualify pipeline, measured on meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build lead lists and sequences using enrichment, automation, and AI-native tools.
  • Treat outbound like a product: test, measure, and refine messaging.
  • Work conferences and in-person events alongside the founders.
  • Partner with the founders to refine targeting and process.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience.
  • Previous early-stage startup experience (pre-Series C).
  • Aggressive, high-activity outreach style with a bias for volume and execution.
  • AI-native and comfortable using modern tools to work faster.
  • A sharp written voice for technical buyers; selling developer tools or AI infrastructure is a plus.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and helping write the playbook.
  • Able to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
