Für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung in unserem Münchner Büro. Du möchtest nah am Kunden arbeiten, aber nicht klassisch im Sales closen? In dieser Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kunden Talent Rocket erfolgreich nutzen, unser Account Management optimal vorbereitet in Termine geht und aus Kundeninteraktionen relevante Insights entstehen. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Customer Service und Sales Enablement und bist ein zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und ihre Anfragen.

Deine Aufgabe bei uns

  • Kundenanfragen rund um Stellenanzeigen, Arbeitgeberprofile, Events und Bewertungen bearbeitest du souverän per E-Mail, Telefon oder über unser CRM-Tool.
  • Die Prüfung und Freigabe von Jobs, CareerHubs, Events und Arbeitgeberbewertungen auf unserer Plattform liegt in deinen Händen.
  • Bei der Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen und dem Login für Arbeitgeber stehst du unseren Kunden beratend zur Seite und begleitest sie während des On- und Offboarding-Prozesses.
  • Aus dem Tagesgeschäft leitest du relevante Kunden-Insights ab und spielst diese gezielt an das Account Management zurück.
  • Durch das Zusammenstellen relevanter Kundeninformationen und Performance-Daten bereitest du Pitch Decks und Meeting-Unterlagen optimal vor.
  • Getreu unserem Ansatz "KI-First" dokumentierst du wiederkehrende Abläufe und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Prozesse in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

Das beschreibt dich

  • Die Basis deines Profils bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise bringst du 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Customer Success, Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales Enablement, Recruiting Operations oder in einer vergleichbaren B2B-Rolle mit.
  • Branchenerfahrung in B2B SaaS, HR-Tech, Recruiting oder Legal-Tech ist ein klares Plus.
  • Operative Exzellenz, analytische Fähigkeit, Genauigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, eigenständige und verbindliche Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
  • Kommunikationsstärke (Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, gutes Englisch) und absolute Serviceorientierung gehören zu deinen Stärken – Kontakt mit Kunden oder die interne Abstimmung mit dem Sales-Team machen dir Spaß.
  • Kommerzielles Mitdenken und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich. Interesse am juristischen Arbeitsmarkt rundet dein Profil zusätzlich ab.
  • Der Umgang mit digitalen Tools fällt dir leicht. Zudem bringst du eine hohe Bereitschaft mit, KI im Alltag pragmatisch einzusetzen.
