Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update Building Information Models (BIM) to support project execution
  • Produce accurate 3D BIM models, 2D technical drawings, schedules, and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
  • Prepare detailed drawings and documentation for tender submissions, construction, and project implementation
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and regional teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct BIM model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts
  • Ensure all BIM models and technical drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and relevant building requirements
  • Support site coordination activities and provide technical clarification when required
  • Assist with technical drawings, BIM presentations, and project-related discussions during pre-sales and post-sales stages
  • Manage multiple project deliverables while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or related construction and building projects
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
  • Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction methodologies, building codes, and BIM workflows
  • Experience in BIM coordination, model reviews, and clash detection
  • Familiarity with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or other rendering and visualisation software will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows, particularly in industrial or hyperscale data centre environments, will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple project deadlines effectively
