Für ein erfolgreiches und etabliertes Bauunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt Hoch- und Generalunternehmerprojekte in Wien suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Führungsteams eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Polier. Alternativ richtet sich diese Position auch an erfahrene Projektleiter aus dem Hochbau (Umbau, Sanierung...). Unser Kunde zeichnet sich durch höchste Profressionalität, spannende Bauprojekte primär in Wien und Umgebung, sowie durch tolle Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten aus.

Aufgabenbereich

* Eigenständige Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung der Baustellenabläufe

* Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Revitalisierungs-, Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekte

* Führung, Einteilung und Koordination von Personal vor Ort / Gewerken

* Sicherstellung einer termin-, qualitäts- und sicherheitsgerechten Bauausführung

* Kontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten sowie Unterstützung bei der Baustellendokumentation

* Vorausschauende Material-, Geräte- und Personaleinsatzplanung

Anforderungsprofil

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (z. B. Maurer, Baukaufmann, Bautechniker oder vergleichbar)

* Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Hochbau, idealerweise im Bereich Umbau, Sanierung oder Revitalisierung

* Erstellung von Angeboten mithilfe von KI und Vorlagen

* Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil - auch motivierte Fachkräfte mit Entwicklungspotenzial sind willkommen

* Technisches Verständnis, gute Planlesekenntnisse und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer lösungsorientierten Hands-on-Mentalität
