Wil je je verder ontwikkelen binnen aankoop, productie en supply chain? Als Aankoop Assistent krijg je de kans om verschillende bedrijfsprocessen van dichtbij te leren kennen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Je werkt nauw samen met de aankoop- en productieverantwoordelijke en ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking met analyses, rapporteringen en een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging.

Jouw taken?

  • Verzorgen van de administratieve opvolging van aankoopdossiers, afroepen, raamcontracten en facturen;
  • Gegevens verwerken en controleren in het ERP-systeem en waken over een correcte facturatieflow;
  • Analyses en rapportages opstellen over aankoop, productie, volumes, rendementen, kostprijzen en kwaliteit;
  • Ondersteunen van de supply planning en bijdragen aan een vlot verloop van de dagelijkse activiteiten;
  • Bestaande processen helpen optimaliseren en standaardiseren, onder meer door SOP's en werkinstructies uit te werken;
  • Klachten en non-conformiteiten analyseren en meewerken aan gerichte verbeteracties;
  • Leveranciers opvolgen, evaluaties ondersteunen en het dagelijkse contact met leveranciers onderhouden;
  • Acties en afspraken gestructureerd opvolgen en zorgen voor duidelijke rapportering aan de betrokken collega's.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een agro-, voedings- of economische richting. Ook met een bachelor Office Management en sterke interesse in de sector kom je in aanmerking;
  • Schoolverlater of een aantal jaar ervaring met ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen aankoop en supply chain;
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken, gecombineerd met sterk cijfermatig inzicht en een kritische blik;
  • Goede kennis van Word, Excel en PowerPoint, waarbij je vlot met Excel en ERP-pakketten werkt; kennis van Microsoft Business Central is een pluspunt;
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels om goed te kunnen communiceren met anderstalige collega's. Een gemiddelde kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen;
  • Professioneel communiceren met collega's en leveranciers en vlot samenwerken met verschillende betrokken partijen;
  • Initiatief nemen, zelfstandig werk oppakken en actief nadenken over efficiëntere werkwijzen;
  • Leergierig en resultaatgericht, met interesse in analyses, rapporteringen en het oplossen van problemen.
