Als Dossierbeheerder / Boekhouder ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het succes van dit kantoor. Je beheert zelfstandig de dossiers van een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille en biedt advies op maat.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Het beheren en opvolgen van boekhoudkundige dossiers van A tot Z, inclusief de verwerking van aan- en verkoopfacturen, financiële verrichtingen en lonen.
  • Het voorbereiden en indienen van BTW-aangiftes, vennootschaps- en personenbelasting.
  • Het opstellen van tussentijdse rapporteringen en jaarrekeningen, zodat klanten een duidelijk zicht hebben op hun resultaten.
  • Het geven van accuraat fiscaal advies en het ondersteunen van klanten bij hun belastingaangiften.
  • Het actief meedenken met klanten over hun groeiplannen en hen begeleiden bij strategische keuzes.
  • Het onderhouden van sterke relaties met je klanten en het uitbouwen van langdurige samenwerkingen.
  • Werken met moderne digitale tools om processen te optimaliseren en de efficiëntie te verhogen.

Kortom: je combineert cijfers en advies, en je zorgt ervoor dat ondernemers met een gerust hart kunnen focussen op hun business.

Voor deze uitdagende rol zoeken we een gemotiveerde professional met een passie voor cijfers én klanten. Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Dit vormt de basis om complexe dossiers te begrijpen en nauwkeurig advies te verlenen.
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in dossierbeheer of accountancy. Ervaring met Kluwer software of Adsolut is een groot pluspunt.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en werkt dossiers volledig af van A tot Z. Klanten en collega’s kunnen op jou rekenen.
  • Je bent proactief en neemt initiatief: je wacht niet af, maar denkt mee met de klant en de organisatie.
  • Je volgt veranderingen in wetgeving en digitalisering met interesse op, zodat je kennis altijd up-to-date blijft.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt met gemak een vertrouwensrelatie met klanten en collega’s op.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en staat open om nieuwe digitale tools te gebruiken.
