Deze job biedt heel wat uitdaging en een takenpakket vol verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Administratieve taken verwerken;
  • Zorgen dat de bestelbonnen op de juiste afdeling terechtkomen en de afwerking ervan opvolgen;
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij de voorbereiding van de planning voor de chauffeurs;
  • Controleren of bestellingen tijdig klaar staan in het magazijn;
  • Je waakt over het te leveren volume op de laadkaaien en optimaliseert waar nodig;
  • Opvolging van het gehele leveringsproces (van bestelling tot levering) en legt hierbij de focus op een optimale klanttevredenheid;
  • Oplossingen bieden in geval van problemen m.b.t. levering;
  • Leveringsdocumenten klaarmaken voor de chauffeurs.

Voor deze functie rekruteren we een enthousiast en dynamisch persoon die graag terecht wil komen in een levendige werkomgeving.

Enkele functie-eisen die we voorop stellen:

  • Een eerste ervaring in een expeditie omgeving versterkt je kandidatuur;
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands ( gesproken en geschreven). Kennis van andere talen zoals Frans of Engels vormt zeker een pluspunt;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je kan zelfstandig aan de slag en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit;
  • Je werkt in 2 ploegen van maandag t.e.m. vrijdag, dit tussen 06u en 22u, op vrijdag stopt de late shift om 20u;
  • Analytische denker die snel en efficiënt met oplossingen kan komen.
