Als IT Infrastructure Engineer zorg je mee voor een betrouwbare, veilige en beschikbare IT-omgeving. Je beheert en optimaliseert de bestaande infrastructuur, behandelt incidenten en wijzigingen en werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de cloudomgeving. Voor grotere projecten en complexe vraagstukken werk je samen met ervaren collega's en externe IT-partners.

Je takenpakket omvat:

  • Infrastructuurbeheer: beheren van Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID en Microsoft 365.
  • Werkplekbeheer: beheren van werkplekken en mobiele toestellen via Microsoft Intune.
  • Netwerken en virtualisatie: onderhouden van de infrastructuur, waaronder Hyper-V, connectiviteit, netwerken en FortiGate-firewalls.
  • Troubleshooting: analyseren en oplossen van netwerk- en infrastructuurproblemen rond TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls en VPN's.
  • Cloud en automatisering: ondersteunen bij de verdere uitbouw van Microsoft Azure en automatiseren van terugkerende beheertaken met PowerShell.
  • Monitoring en security: infrastructuur monitoren, potentiële problemen detecteren en ondersteunen bij security-, identity- en accessmanagementprocessen.
  • Documentatie en verbetering: incidenten oplossen, configuraties en beheerprocedures documenteren en bijdragen aan een stabiele, gestandaardiseerde en veilige IT-omgeving.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren IT-professional met een brede technische basis en interesse in infrastructuur, cloud en security. Je hoeft niet in elke technologie gespecialiseerd te zijn, maar je beschikt over relevante praktijkervaring en bent gemotiveerd om je kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma in een IT-richting, zoals Toegepaste Informatica, Elektronica-ICT, Systeem- en Netwerkbeheer of Cloud- en Cybersecurity. Gelijkwaardige kennis door relevante werkervaring en technische certificeringen komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, System Administrator of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt kennis van Windows Server en Active Directory en ervaring met Microsoft 365.
  • Je kent de basisprincipes van networking, waaronder TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls en VPN's.
  • Je hebt ervaring met virtualisatie, bij voorkeur Hyper-V, Microsoft Entra ID en Intune.
  • Je hebt interesse in Microsoft Azure en wil je kennis hiervan verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met PowerShell of interesse in het automatiseren van beheertaken.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring met FortiGate, Azure networking, monitoring, backup & recovery en security is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, analyseert problemen grondig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor incidenten en wijzigingen.
  • Daarnaast communiceer je duidelijk, documenteer je je werk zorgvuldig en denk je mee over structurele verbeteringen. Ook bij kritieke incidenten behoud je het overzicht en blijf je leergierig.
