The posting

Als Key Account Engineer ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor één of meerdere strategische klanten binnen energie, mobiliteit en technische infrastructuur. Je staat in voor de technische, operationele en financiële opvolging van deze klanten en bouwt aan een duurzame samenwerking.

Je coördineert de dagelijkse dienstverlening met de interne afdelingen en externe partners. Daarnaast bereid je technische projecten voor en volg je ze op van offerte tot oplevering, met aandacht voor de afgesproken servicelevels, budgetten, kwaliteit en timing.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Klantenbeheer: onderhouden van klantenrelaties, bewaken van KPI's en SLA's en adviseren over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Operationele coördinatie: opvolgen van onderhoud, interventies en technische meldingen, en afstemmen met klanten, collega's en onderaannemers.
  • Projectopvolging: voorbereiden en plannen van projecten, opmaken van technische dossiers en offertes en bewaken van de voortgang.
  • Technische infrastructuur: opvolgen van brandstofinstallaties, EV-laadinfrastructuur, elektrische installaties en facilities, inclusief onderhoud, inspecties en keuringen.
  • Contractueel en financieel beheer: beheren van serviceovereenkomsten, opvolgen van offertes en kosten en signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met een technische achtergrond die organisatorisch sterk is en vlot schakelt tussen klanten, projecten en operationele opvolging. Je combineert technisch inzicht met een klantgerichte aanpak en hebt aandacht voor zowel de financiële als de contractuele aspecten van de samenwerking.

Daarnaast beschik je over het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek of Energie, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische service-, onderhouds-, project- of accountmanagementfunctie.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met brandstofinstallaties, e-mobility, elektrotechnische installaties en facilities.
  • Je beschikt over organisatorische en coördinerende vaardigheden.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met klantgerichtheid en financieel bewustzijn.
  • Je bent proactief, communicatief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan werken met Outlook en MS Office.
  • Je spreekt professioneel Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
