Als Klantenadviseur in Hofstade zal je onder andere instaan voor:

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en verantwoordelijk voor een warm en professioneel onthaal.
  • Inkomende oproepen rond verkoop, onderhoud en herstellingen worden correct en klantgericht behandeld.
  • Ontvangst van klanten aan de receptie en bespreking van de geplande werkzaamheden aan het voertuig.
  • Opvolging van klantendossiers en heldere communicatie over de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Ondersteuning bij kleine interventies, zoals het controleren van de bandenspanning of het bijvullen van olie.
  • Verwerking van afspraken, klantengegevens en diverse administratieve taken.
  • Toelichting van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en facturen bij de teruggave van het voertuig.
  • Mee instaan voor het beheer van het huurwagenpark, inclusief de netheid en beschikbaarheid van de voertuigen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen om een kwalitatieve klantenservice te garanderen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Klantvriendelijke en servicegerichte ingesteldheid met een passie voor persoonlijk contact.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele uitstraling.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en punctueel.
  • Stressbestendig en sterk in het bewaren van overzicht binnen een dynamische omgeving.
  • Oplossingsgericht denken en vlot samenwerken met collega's.
  • Teamspirit en een positieve werkhouding.
  • Technische kennis van voertuigen vormt een meerwaarde, maar is geen vereiste.
  • Goede kennis van courante pc-toepassingen.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Beschikken over een rijbewijs B.
