Wat ga je doen?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren, aanpassen en verbeteren van het technische materieel, met focus op kranen.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud om een veilige en betrouwbare inzet van kranen te garanderen.
  • Regelmatige controles uitvoeren, storingen of defecten opsporen en snel efficiënte oplossingen toepassen.
  • Actieve bijdrage leveren aan technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties van machines en werkprocessen.
  • Nauw samenwerken binnen een team van techniekers, met affiniteit voor geautomatiseerde processen en moderne technologieën.
  • Dankzij vakkennis en probleemoplossend vermogen helpen om de continuïteit van de werkzaamheden te waarborgen en stilstanden te beperken.
  • Machines en gereedschap in optimale staat houden en toezien op naleving van veiligheidsnormen en kwaliteitseisen.
  • Collega’s ondersteunen bij technische uitdagingen en actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en innovatie.

Profiel:

  • Goede algemene technische kennis en brede interesse in mechanica, elektriciteit en automatisering.
  • Leergierige, stressbestendige houding met initiatief; bereidheid om zowel handenarbeid als buitenwerk uit te voeren.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar voor vroege en late shiften, inclusief dringende interventies ’s nachts of in het weekend.
  • Diploma TSO of hoger; ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van Gottwald-kranen is een pluspunt en bevordert snelle zelfstandige inzetbaarheid.
  • Vertrouwdheid met elektriciteit, zowel hoogspanning als sturingstechnieken, toepasbaar bij onderhoud en storingen.
  • Bij voorkeur basiskennis van PLC-technieken (Siemens S5 en S7) en een goede initiatie in hydraulica en pneumatica.
  • Beschikbaarheid over eigen vervoer voor flexibele verplaatsingen naar verschillende werklocaties.
  • Geen hoogtevrees en in staat om veilig op hoogte te werken, wat essentieel is binnen de kraantechniek.
  • Combinatie van technische expertise met een praktische en veilige werkhouding, wat bijdraagt aan de betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit van de werkzaamheden.
