The posting

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken, implementeren en bewaken van het kwaliteitsbeleid, met bijzondere aandacht voor BRCGS, voedselveiligheid, kwaliteitsnormen en wettelijke vereisten;
  • Garanderen van een sterke kwaliteitscultuur binnen de organisatie door processen, procedures en werkinstructies continu te evalueren en te optimaliseren;
  • Klachten van klanten en interne kwaliteitsafwijkingen analyseren, coördineren en opvolgen volgens de 8D-methodiek, met focus op structurele verbeteracties en het voorkomen van herhaling;
  • Coördineren van interne en externe audits, inspecties en certificeringstrajecten, en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging van vaststellingen en actiepunten;
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van traceerbaarheidstesten, risicoanalyses en kwaliteitscontroles om de voedselveiligheid en productkwaliteit te waarborgen;
  • Opstellen, beheren en actualiseren van kwaliteitsdocumentatie, procedures, specificaties, certificaten en andere relevante kwaliteitsgerelateerde documenten;
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers, certificeringsinstanties en interne stakeholders met betrekking tot kwaliteitsvraagstukken;
  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het Quality-team, waarbij kennisdeling, samenwerking en continue verbetering centraal staan;
  • Analyseren van kwaliteitsindicatoren en rapporteren van resultaten aan het management, met als doel prestaties inzichtelijk te maken en verbeterinitiatieven te stimuleren;
  • Actief bijdragen aan optimalisatieprojecten rond kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, procesbeheersing en compliance om de organisatie verder te professionaliseren.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting vormt een stevige basis voor deze functie;
  • Je beschikt over relevante werkervaring als kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke, bij voorkeur binnen een productie omgeving;
  • Kandidaten met relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteitsbeheer komen eveneens in aanmerking. Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en kennis van BRCGS-normen zijn essentieel;
  • Vertrouwdheid met voedselveiligheid, audits en certificeringstrajecten vormt hierbij een belangrijke meerwaarde;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden maken het mogelijk om vlot te schakelen tussen klanten, leveranciers, productie en andere interne stakeholders. Daarbij staat een klantgerichte aanpak steeds centraal;
  • Dankzij een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze kwaliteitsprocessen, documentatie en administratieve opvolging tot in de puntjes beheerd;
  • Een analytische blik en oplossingsgerichte mindset helpen om kwaliteitsproblemen grondig te onderzoeken, verbetervoorstellen uit te werken en duurzame oplossingen te implementeren;
  • Coachende vaardigheden en natuurlijk leiderschap zorgen ervoor dat collega's op een positieve manier worden begeleid, ondersteund en gemotiveerd;
  • Organistorisch sterk, met het vermogen om verschillende dossiers, audits en projecten gelijktijdig op te volgen en prioriteiten te stellen waar nodig;
  • Naast een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands beschik je over een vlotte mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Engels en Frans, waardoor communicatie met klanten, leveranciers en internationale contacten vlot verloopt;
  • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar in dagdienst.
