The posting

Als lasser binnen dit boeiende en groeiende bedrijf, ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken die essentieel zijn voor het onderhouden en repareren van tankcontainers:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het herstellen van tankcontainers, frame schades, RVS, modificaties, isolatie/bekleding werkzaamheden, ...
  • Hier worden ook laswerken uitgevoerd, waardoor je een gevarieerd takenpakket hebt;
  • Je draagt bovendien bij aan een nette en ordelijke werkplaats.

Onze klant biedt deze interessante en uitdagende vacature aan binnen een werkrooster dat je voldoende tijd geeft voor een goede werk-privébalans. De werktijden zijn als volgt:

  • Maandag tot en met donderdag: Je werkt van 08:15 uur tot 16:30 uur, wat je een stabiele en consistente werkweek biedt;
  • Vrijdag: Het weekend begint al vroeg! Op vrijdag werk je van 08:15 uur tot 15:45 uur, zodat je extra tijd hebt om van je weekend te genieten.

Het is belangrijk dat je je flexibel opstelt in deze functie. Afhankelijk van de drukte en de specifieke eisen van het moment, kan het voorkomen dat er af en toe overuren gemaakt moeten worden.

De lasser die wij vandaag zoeken heeft al wel wat kennis van containerherstellingen. Idealiter beschikt de kandidaat die wij vandaag zoeken over volgende competenties:

  • Enkele jaren werkervaring als lasser (constructie/MIGMAG/halfautomaat/TIG) is een vereiste.
  • Expertise als monteur is mooi meegenomen!
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands is een must, alle veiligheidsvoorschriften zijn in het Nederlands opgesteld;
  • Sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Kennis van draaien, frezen en plooien is een pluspunt maar geen must;
  • Snel en effectief oplossingen bedenken voor technische problemen die zich kunnen voordoen tijdens het reparatie- en onderhoudswerk;
