Ken je jouw weg aan een verpakkingslijn en help je graag collega’s op weg? Als lijnverantwoordelijke inpak zorg je dat de lijn goed draait. Je stelt de machines in, volgt de kwaliteit op en verdeelt het werk. Je staat zelf mee aan de lijn en springt bij waar nodig.

  • Je start de verpakkingslijn op en stelt de machines correct in.
  • Bij een ander product of een andere verpakking stel je de lijn om.
  • Je zorgt dat folie, etiketten en andere verpakkingsmaterialen op tijd klaarstaan.
  • Je controleert of de machines, de etikettering en de metaaldetectie goed werken.
  • Je lost kleine technische storingen op.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de producten en de verpakking tijdens het werk.
  • Je verdeelt de taken en helpt de inpakmedewerkers bij vragen of problemen.
  • Je leert nieuwe collega’s hoe ze veilig en correct werken.
  • Je werkt zelf mee om de lijn draaiende te houden.
  • Je houdt samen met je ploeg de werkplek proper en volgt de hygiëneregels.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Ervaring in de voedingssector is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt graag mee op de vloer en neemt ook de leiding wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je legt duidelijk uit wat er moet gebeuren en durft collega’s aan te spreken op hun werk.
  • Je hebt gevoel voor techniek en zoekt graag uit hoe een machine werkt.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands om instructies te geven en met je ploeg te overleggen.
  • Je neemt de tijd om de machines, producten en werkwijzen goed te leren kennen.
  • Je volgt de regels rond hygiëne en voedselveiligheid nauwgezet op en ziet erop toe dat je ploeg dat ook doet.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
