The posting

In deze functie werk je nauw samen met collega's van maintenance, externe technische partners en andere betrokken afdelingen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Maintenance Manager.

  • Bij complexe storingen bied je technische ondersteuning en fungeer je als expert binnen de afdeling maintenance.
  • Het analyseren en optimaliseren van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen, onder meer van Siemens en Schneider Electric, behoort tot je dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je leidt of ondersteunt technische verbeterings- en investeringsprojecten, zoals nieuwe machine-installaties, automatiseringsupgrades en procesoptimalisaties.
  • Voor het machinepark ontwikkel en beheer je onderhoudsplannen, inclusief spare parts, werkvoorbereiding en de opvolging van externe interventies.
  • Met behulp van Root Cause Analyses achterhaal je de oorzaak van terugkerende technische problemen en werk je aan duurzame oplossingen.
  • Ook softwareaanpassingen neem je onder handen: je programmeert, test en documenteert deze in samenwerking met externe partners, onder meer met Siemens Step7 en TIA Portal.
  • De technische documentatie blijft dankzij jouw opvolging actueel, van elektrische schema's en softwareversies tot PLC-back-ups.
  • Je volgt onderhoudscontracten en service level agreements (SLA's) op en stimuleert de standaardisatie van spare parts en automatiseringscomponenten.
  • Tijdens alle werkzaamheden besteed je de nodige aandacht aan veiligheid, orde en netheid van de installaties.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, beschik je over de volgende kennis en vaardigheden:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting vormt een goede basis voor deze functie. Heb je dit diploma niet, maar beschik je over voldoende relevante ervaring, dan ben je eveneens welkom om te solliciteren.
  • Minstens drie jaar ervaring binnen maintenance, engineering of industriële automatisering in een productieomgeving is vereist.
  • Een goede kennis van PLC-sturingen, frequentieregelaars, industriële netwerken en sensortechnologie helpt je om technische storingen efficiënt te analyseren.
  • Elektrische schema's lezen en aanpassen vormt voor jou geen probleem. Ervaring met EPLAN is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van PLC-programmering en automatiseringsplatformen zoals Siemens Step7 en TIA Portal is een belangrijke troef.
  • Analytisch denken en gestructureerd werken helpen je om de oorzaken van complexe technische problemen te achterhalen en gerichte verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Met MS Office, waaronder Excel, Word en Outlook, werk je vlot. Affiniteit met IT is een bijkomend voordeel.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met collega's, leveranciers en externe technische partners en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de voortgang van projecten.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering zijn vaste aandachtspunten bij alles wat je doet.
  • De functie wordt uitgeoefend in dagdienst. Een flexibele ingesteldheid is belangrijk wanneer technische interventies of projecten daarom vragen.
