Als Maintenance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark en onze productie-installaties. Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterk leiderschap en speelt een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van onze onderhoudsorganisatie.

  • Concreet betekent dit dat je technisch leiderschap opneemt door een efficiënt preventief en curatief onderhoudsbeleid uit te werken en verder te optimaliseren;
  • De beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van machines en installaties te garanderen;
  • Technische storingen grondig te analyseren en duurzame oplossingen te implementeren;
  • Verbeterings-, automatiserings- en investeringsprojecten te initiëren en succesvol te begeleiden;
  • Onderhoudsbudgetten op te volgen en continu te zoeken naar optimalisaties op vlak van kosten, efficiëntie en prestaties.
  • Jouw maintenance team aan te sturen door techniekers te coachen, motiveren en verder te ontwikkelen in hun vakgebied;
  • Een cultuur te creëren waarin veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan;
  • Dagelijkse werkzaamheden te organiseren en duidelijke prioriteiten te bepalen;
  • Kennisdeling te stimuleren en expertise binnen het team verder uit te bouwen;
  • Medewerkers te ondersteunen zodat zij optimaal kunnen bijdragen aan de technische doelstellingen van de organisatie.
  • Te bouwen aan continue verbetering door opportuniteiten te identificeren om processen, systemen en werkmethodes verder te optimaliseren;
  • Preventieve en predictieve onderhoudsstrategieën uit te rollen om stilstanden te beperken;
  • Nauw samen te werken met productie, engineering en andere interne afdelingen;
  • Technische KPI's op te volgen en verbeteracties om te zetten in meetbare resultaten;
  • Actief bij te dragen aan een innovatieve en toekomstgerichte productieomgeving.
  • In deze rol krijg je de kans om een directe impact te hebben op de operationele prestaties van de organisatie en mee te bouwen aan een moderne, efficiënte en technisch sterke productieomgeving.
  • Masterdiploma in een technische richting zoals (Industrieel) Ingenieur Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Mechanica of een gelijkwaardige opleiding;
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een leidinggevende maintenancefunctie in een industriële productieomgeving;
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit waarbij strategisch denken moeiteloos wordt gecombineerd met een sterke betrokkenheid op de werkvloer;
  • Passie voor techniek en een grote interesse in het optimaliseren van machines, installaties en technische processen;
  • Sterke technische expertise aangevuld met bewezen leiderschapservaring;
  • Het vermogen om medewerkers te coachen, teams te verbinden en verschillende stakeholders mee te krijgen in veranderingen en verbeterprojecten;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke talent voor samenwerking;
  • Een analytische en resultaatgerichte aanpak, gecombineerd met daadkracht en besluitvaardigheid;
  • Ervaring met het opzetten van continue verbetertrajecten, preventief onderhoud en technische optimalisatieprojecten vormt een sterke troef;
  • Bekend om een pragmatische aanpak, organisatietalent en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
