Wil je veiligheid niet alleen op papier uitwerken, maar vooral zichtbaar maken op de werkvloer? Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 (focus machineveiligheid) versterk je het preventiebeleid binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Je combineert technische interesse met kennis van welzijn en veiligheid, waarbij machineveiligheid, CE-conformiteit en praktische preventie centraal staan. Samen met HSE-collega's, leidinggevenden en medewerkers bouw je aan een veilige werkomgeving en help je processen verder te professionaliseren en digitaliseren.

Jouw taken?

  • Risicoanalyses uitvoeren en actualiseren, arbeidsongevallen en incidenten onderzoeken en verbeteracties opvolgen tot de uitvoering ervan;
  • Actieplannen, procedures en veiligheidsinstructies beheren en ondersteunen bij safety meetings, toolboxen en opleidingen;
  • Leidinggevenden en directie adviseren over veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn, met aandacht voor de praktische toepasbaarheid op de werkvloer;
  • De conformiteitsbeoordeling van nieuwe en bestaande machines ondersteunen en CE-dossiers en indienststellingen mee opvolgen;
  • Risicoanalyses rond machineveiligheid uitvoeren en verbeteringen begeleiden op het vlak van afschermingen, besturingen en LOTOTO;
  • Relevante normen en wetgeving opvolgen en bijdragen aan de voorbereiding op de Europese Machineverordening;
  • Meewerken aan HSE-processen zoals chemische agentia, contractorveiligheid, wettelijke keuringen, noodplanning en compliance;
  • Preventieprocessen verder digitaliseren met tools, dashboards en data voor onder meer veiligheidsrondgangen, incidenten, opleidingen, keuringen en CE-documentatie.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Een bacheloropleiding aangevuld met de opleiding Preventieadviseur Niveau II;
  • Bij voorkeur enkele jaren relevante ervaring, zodat je zelfstandig aan de slag kunt;
  • Een sterke technische affiniteit en kennis van of relevante ervaring met machineveiligheid;
  • Het vermogen om wettelijke voorschriften en technische vereisten om te zetten in concrete oplossingen voor de werkvloer;
  • Een gestructureerde en zelfstandige werkstijl, met aandacht voor een correcte opvolging van acties en dossiers;
  • Vlotte communicatie en de vaardigheid om collega's op een positieve manier bij het veiligheidsbeleid te betrekken;
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • Ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving is een belangrijke troef, net als kennis van CE-conformiteit, machineveiligheidsnormen, chemische agentia, incidentonderzoek, contractorveiligheid of digitale preventietools;
  • Een CEMS-certificatie is een sterke meerwaarde. Ook zonder dit certificaat ben je welkom als je je verder wilt specialiseren in machineveiligheid.
