The posting

  • Samen met de collega’s van het EHS team ben je betrokken bij het opvolgen en implementeren van wetgeving omtrent product veiligheid.
  • Dit omvat o.a. wetgeving omtrent zorgwekkende stoffen, etikettering, veiligheidsinformatiebladen en product registraties
  • Je brengt structuur in alle compliance gerelateerde informatie om zodoende deze toegankelijk te maken voor reviews en audits, voor zowel interne als externe partijen,
  • Je volgt de registratie op van nieuwe en bestaande substanties om tot compliance met REACH of gelijkaardige voorschriften te komen, je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de buitenlandse collega’s en technische experts,
  • Je gaat om met klantenonderzoeken gaande over product compliance en je ondersteunt de Business afdeling in compliance gerelateerde topics,
  • Je evalueert op regelmatige basis onze grondstoffen en afgewerkt producten in het kader van REACH voorschriften
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwigheden op vlak van compliance en indien nodig verzorg je hiervoor intern de nodige communicatie en training.
  • Master diploma in een (bio) chemische richting is voor deze functie een must
  • Ervaring met Europese product regelgeving en in het bijzonder REACH en CLP
  • Heb je dit niet, maar heb je wel het nodige diploma op zak dan kan je je zeker ook kandidaat stellen voor deze functie
  • Je werkt graag projectmatig en bent een echte project manager,
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig,
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en bezit sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden,
  • Je kan werken in multidisciplinaire teams en communiceert en rapporteert vlot in Nederlands en het Engels.
