The posting

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van de productieplanning, waarbij klantorders, capaciteit en beschikbare middelen optimaal op elkaar worden afgestemd;
  • Op basis van forecasts, orderintake en productiebehoeften vertaal je de vraag naar een realistische en efficiënte planning;
  • Capaciteit, voorraadniveaus, grondstoffenbeschikbaarheid en levertermijnen worden nauw opgevolgd zodat een vlotte productieflow gegarandeerd blijft;
  • Dagelijks afstemmen met productie, aankoop, logistiek, sales en customer service om wijzigingen, prioriteiten en uitdagingen tijdig op te vangen;
  • Voortgang van de productie monitoren, mogelijke knelpunten detecteren en proactief oplossingen uitwerken om vertragingen te voorkomen;
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de buitenlandse vestigingen om productievolumes, planningen en prioriteiten tussen de verschillende sites op elkaar af te stemmen;
  • Digitale scenarioplanning uitwerken en verschillende planningsscenario's analyseren om flexibel in te spelen op veranderende klantvragen en productieomstandigheden;
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van processen, workflows en planningsmethodieken, met bijzondere aandacht voor digitalisering en AI-toepassingen;
  • Analyseren van relevante KPI's en operationele data om de efficiëntie, leverbetrouwbaarheid en rendabiliteit van de productie continu te verbeteren.
  • Om in aanmerking te komen voor de functie van productie planner Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring;
  • Ervaring in planning en een productieomgeving is een must;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en je werpt een kritische blik op de processen met het oog op verbetering;
  • Je bent analytisch, stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk;
  • Qua persoonlijkheid ben je proactief ingesteld, communicatief en oplossingsgericht;
  • Omdat je veel contact hebt met collega's en leveranciers uit het buitenland dien je zowel de Nederlandse, Franse als Engelse taal te beheersen;
  • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar in dagdienst.
