The posting

Als teamleader logistiek combineer je operationeel werk op de werkvloer met het aansturen van een team. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Ongeveer 80% van je tijd werk je actief mee in het logistieke proces, terwijl je de overige 20% besteedt aan de opvolging van je team, de begeleiding en administratie.

Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Actief meewerken in de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten en het goede verloop van de productie;
  • Instellen en opvolgen van machines en installaties;
  • Eerste technische interventies uitvoeren en de technische dienst inschakelen bij complexere storingen;
  • Toezicht op kwaliteit, veiligheid en het respecteren van de werkprocedures;
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van jouw team;
  • Duidelijke instructies geven en de productiviteit, kwaliteit en deadlines opvolgen;
  • Je lost problemen op door het nemen van de juiste beslissingen en communiceert hier systematisch over met jouw collega teamleaders en management team;
  • Je staat in voor het onthaal, de opleiding en begeleiding van nieuwe vaste medewerkers, studenten en uitzendkrachten;
  • Je volgt de aanwezigheden van jouw team op en maakt de personeelsplanning op;
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers;
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen en meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de logistieke processen.

Om alles in goede banen te leiden rekenen we op volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je beschikt over een relevante werkervaring binnen een logistieke, productie- of operationele omgeving waarbij je ook een team aanstuurde;
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit typeert jouw manier van werken. Zo vind je het niet erg om operationeel mee te ondersteunen op de werkvloer;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Frans;
  • Oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en in staat om snel te schakelen wanneer prioriteiten wijzigen;
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, initiatief nemen en knopen durven doorhakken;
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan steeds centraal in de dagelijkse werking;
  • Goede kennis van MS office met een kennis van SAP-systemen;
  • Bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem: de ene week van 7u tot 15u en de andere week van 14u30 tot 22u30.
