  • Als teamleider productie van de weekendoverbruggingsploeg ben je hiërarchisch verantwoordelijk voor je team en toont hierin sterk leiderschap en coachende vaardigheden naar je operatoren en lijnverantwoordelijken in hun ontwikkeling en prestaties;
  • Je bent een rolmodel, zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en hierdoor vlot bereikbaar voor je team;
  • Bij bezettingsproblemen werk je mee en geef je ondersteuning bij moeilijke productievoortgang en het ombouwen van machines;
  • Werkplanningen en opleidingsplannen worden door jou opgesteld op maat en je onderneemt actie waar nodig om een zo vlot mogelijke productievoortgang te garanderen;
  • Je coördineert met de ondersteunende afdelingen.
  • Je stelt procedures en werkinstructies op met input van je team, de productiemanager en de preventiedienst;
  • Wanneer er nieuwe werknemers in jouw team komen, zorg jij voor het onthaal en de introductie;
  • Ook voer je gesprekken met de medewerkers van jouw team en zorg jij voor een veilige werkplek voor alle werknemers. Je garandeert hierdoor prestaties die overeenkomen met de bedrijfsstrategie en wettelijke vereisten;
  • Je werkt ook volgens de geldende HACCP- en hygiëneregels;
  • Je rapporteert aan de productiemanager en tijdens je opleidingsperiode werk je door de week in een 2-ploegensysteem (06u-14u en 14u-22u), na de opleiding word je tewerkgesteld in de weekendoverbruggingsploeg.
  • Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie van teamleider productie beschik je over minimaal 3 jaar praktische ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie;
  • Je bezit duidelijke leiderschapskwaliteiten met de mogelijkheden tot ontwikkelen, motiveren, empoweren en coachen van een team;
  • Je beschikt ook over technische kennis zodat je kan bijspringen op de werkvloer, mee storingen kan oplossen en machines mee kan opbouwen;
  • Ook fungeer jij als rolmodel, inspireer je vertrouwen in je medewerkers, terwijl je een resultaat gedreven omgeving promoot;
  • Je bent een duidelijke communicator, in staat om boodschappen te leveren op een eenvoudige manier;
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van de Office-pakketten Word, Excel en Outlook.
