Als onmisbare schakel in dit team, werk je nauw samen met de filiaalverantwoordelijke om het filiaal soepel te laten draaien. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle gewaardeerde klanten en zorgt voor een uitmuntende klantenservice-ervaring.

Binnen dit veelzijdige takenpakket krijg je de kans om jouw vaardigheden volledig te benutten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

• Het opmaken van gedetailleerde offertes, waarbij je nauwkeurigheid combineert met een commercieel inzicht;

• De vlotte en efficiënte afhandeling van orderverwerking;

• Het zorgvuldig en tijdig verwerken van facturatie;

• Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, waarbij je hen voorziet van waardevolle ondersteuning en advies;

Deze dynamische rol biedt jou de mogelijkheid om jouw organisatorische vaardigheden, klantgerichtheid en technische kennis te combineren. Als ideale kandidaat beschik je over:

• Ervaring in een technisch commerciële functie en een passie voor de bouwsector. Jouw achtergrond stelt je in staat om de behoeften van onze klanten beter te begrijpen en oplossingen op maat aan te bieden;

• Een teamspeler-mentaliteit, waarbij je goed kunt samenwerken met verschillende collega's en afdelingen om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken. Je bent klantvriendelijk en hebt een commerciële instelling, waardoor je in staat bent om relaties op te bouwen en klanten tevreden te stellen;

• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, waardoor je efficiënt en nauwkeurig kunt werken. Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen, deadlines te halen en je werk goed te plannen;

• Uitgebreide kennis van MS Office-toepassingen, zoals Word, Excel en PowerPoint, waardoor je professionele documenten kunt opstellen, gegevens kunt analyseren en presentaties kunt maken;

• Ervaring met een ERP-pakket, bij voorkeur SAP, wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd. Dit stelt je in staat om snel vertrouwd te raken met het bedrijfseigene systeem en efficiënt te werken met gegevens en processen.
