Onze klant is een bekend bedrijf met een vestiging in Brugge, dat zich inzet voor een duurzame omgang met afval en energie. Als Technisch Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de installaties en zorg je voor een vlotte werking van de energiecentrale.

Jouw taken:

  • Bediening & toezicht: Je bewaakt en stuurt de processen in de energiecentrale via een geavanceerd controlesysteem;
  • Storingen analyseren & oplossen: Je detecteert en verhelpt storingen op mechanisch en elektrisch vlak in zowel installaties als productieprocessen;
  • Onderhoud & inspecties: Je voert preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit om de installaties optimaal te laten functioneren;
  • Samenwerking & rapportering: Je werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst en rapporteert aan de ploegleider;
  • Veiligheid & kwaliteit: Je zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving en draagt bij aan de naleving van alle veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat voor deze functie?

  • Technische achtergrond: Je beschikt over een diploma op A2-niveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit;
  • Ervaring: Ervaring als operator in een technische omgeving en kennis van industriële installaties (ketels, turbines, PLC, hydraulica…) is een pluspunt;
  • Analytisch vermogen: Je kan snel storingen analyseren en efficiënt oplossen;
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om te werken in een volcontinuploegensysteem (dag-, nacht- en weekenddiensten);
  • Proactieve instelling: Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en blijft graag bijleren;
  • Veiligheidsbewust: Je werkt altijd met oog voor veiligheid en milieu.
  • Taal: Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, geschreven en gesproken.
