Als Technisch Verantwoordelijke neem jij de leiding over alles wat met techniek en onderhoud te maken heeft binnen de productieomgeving.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een klein team onderhoudstechniekers en coördineren van externe partners
  • Diagnoses stellen bij technische storingen en actief meewerken aan duurzame oplossingen
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van onderhoudsstrategieën voor het machinepark (zowel correctief als preventief en predictief)
  • Beheren van de technische voorraad en bestellingen van onderdelen en verbruiksmaterialen
  • Ondersteunen bij de installatie en opstart van nieuwe productielijnen of systemen
  • Rapporteren van de technische prestaties en voortgang aan het management

Voor deze leidinggevende rol zoeken we een technisch onderlegde professional die een team met overtuiging kan aansturen.

Wat is belangrijk?

  • Je hebt een diploma in een technische richting en al enkele jaren ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving.
  • Leidinggeven is iets wat je met plezier doet: je weet je team te motiveren, duidelijke richting te geven en hen te ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht, maar ook de organisatorische skills om processen te verbeteren en het werk efficiënter te maken.
  • Problemen pak je snel aan en je denkt altijd vooruit om stilstanden en technische issues te voorkomen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met productieprocessen in de voedingssector.
  • Je communiceert vlot met je team en weet ook met andere afdelingen zoals productie, kwaliteit en logistiek samen te werken.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van zowel Frans als Engels.
  • Idealiter woon je in de regio rond Merchtem.
