The posting

De Toonbankadviseur waar onze klant naar op zoek is, zal in de eerste plaats een adviserende rol hebben. Je zal de vragen van de klanten zo goed mogelijk proberen oplossen door hen technisch advies te verlenen. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het volgende takenpakket:

  • Professionele klanten zoals loodgieters en verwarmingsspecialisten worden door jou met een glimlach onthaald aan de toonbank;
  • Je zal instaan voor zowel de verkoop van de producten als de dienst na verkoop aan de klant;
  • Elke bezoeker kan op jou rekenen voor een gepersonaliseerde service;
  • De administratieve opvolging zoals het opmaken van bestelbonnen, leveringsnota's, offertes... neem je voor jouw rekening;
  • Alle binnenkomende goederen worden door jou correct afgehandeld en vervolgens stockeer je deze op de juiste plaats in de winkel;
  • Je zorgt er ook voor dat de winkel er steeds professioneel en net uitziet.

De Toonbankadviseur waar wij naar op zoek zijn, beschikt idealiter over de volgende eigenschappen en vaardigheden:

  • Je bezit technische kennis van sanitair en/of verwarming door opleiding en/of ervaring;
  • Heb je kennis van ventilatie? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je reeds een eerste ervaring opgebouwd in de verkoopsector, maar dit is zeker geen must;
  • Dankzij jouw commerciële vaardigheden slaag je erin om een relatie uit te bouwen met de klanten en hun behoeften te achterhalen;
  • Je kan vlot aan de slag gaan met een computer;
  • Je staat open voor zaterdagwerk - 1 voormiddag op 4 van 7u tot 12u;
  • Communiceren in het Nederlands is geen enkel probleem voor jou.
