The posting

Ter versterking van het transport team gaan we momenteel op zoek naar een tijdelijke invulling als administratief bediende.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken, verzamelen en beheren van documenten en gegevens voor de onboarding van nieuwe transportfirma’s
  • Ontbrekende documenten en informatie via telefoon en e-mail actief opvolgen
  • Centraal overzicht bijhouden van dossiers, vergunningen, verzekeringen en andere compliance-gerelateerde documenten
  • Administratieve opvolging van controles en interne audits, inclusief rapportering en escalatie waar nodig
  • Contact onderhouden met transporteurs om actiepunten tijdig af te handelen en deadlines te bewaken
  • Overlegmomenten inplannen met transporteurs en interne stakeholders indien nodig
  • Ondersteunen bij facturatie en het aanmaken en opvolgen van purchase orders
  • Beheren en up-to-date houden van contactlijsten voor operationele teams
  • Uitvoeren van algemene administratieve taken, zoals mailboxbeheer, telefonische permanentie, postverwerking en briefwisseling
  • Fungeren als back-up voor collega's bij afwezigheden of piekmomenten binnen het team.

De kandidaat waar we naar op zoek zijn beschikt over volgende zaken:

  • Je hebt een vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en in het Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven
  • Een relevante werkervaring achter de rug als administratief bediende, bij voorkeur in een logistieke omgeving
  • Initiatief nemen en vooruit denken om problemen te voorkomen
  • Een breed scala aan taken schrikt jou niet af, je vindt dit net leuk om te coördineren
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, houd je aan deadlines en bent gedreven en toegewijd om taken tot een goed einde te brengen
  • Een vlotte kennis van MS Office, voornamelijk Excel
  • Communicatief sterk, zo volg je zelf proactief telefonische contacten op
