Ben jij graag onderweg, haal je energie uit klantencontact en wil je professioneel advies combineren met commerciële kansen? In deze functie bouw je als vertegenwoordiger een eigen klantenbestand uit in West-Vlaanderen. Je vertegenwoordigt een kwalitatief gamma aan bouwchemische producten en helpt vakmensen om efficiënter, veiliger en met de juiste materialen te werken.

Jouw taken?

  • Je breidt het netwerk van professionele klanten in jouw regio uit door actief prospecten te benaderen en nieuwe samenwerkingen op te bouwen;
  • Na een persoonlijke sales- en productopleiding ken je de troeven van het assortiment en geef je met enthousiasme productdemonstraties bij klanten en prospecten;
  • Met praktisch advies begeleid je klanten bij de keuze van producten voor verlijmen, afdichten, beschermen en onderhouden;
  • Je toont hoe de producten bijdragen aan meer gebruiksgemak, efficiëntie en veiligheid op de werkvloer;
  • Door servicegericht te werken en afspraken correct op te volgen, bouw je aan duurzame klantenrelaties;
  • Klantencontacten en commerciële activiteiten verwerk je zorgvuldig in het CRM-systeem en je houdt relevante informatie up-to-date;
  • Je beheert zelfstandig je activiteiten in de regio en zet je in om je commerciële doelstellingen te behalen.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

Je bent een ondernemende persoonlijkheid die graag initiatief neemt en kansen omzet in concrete resultaten. Je hoeft geen doorgewinterde verkoper te zijn: motivatie, communicatieve vaardigheden en de wil om bij te leren zijn minstens even belangrijk. Dankzij een persoonlijke opleiding maak je je de producten en de commerciële aanpak eigen.

  • Minstens 3 jaar werkervaring en de motivatie om je verder te ontwikkelen in een commerciële functie;
  • Een technische achtergrond door opleiding, ervaring of persoonlijke interesse is mooi meegenomen;
  • Ervaring in verkoop is geen vereiste, zolang je bereid bent om actief klanten te benaderen en commerciële kansen te benutten;
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt resultaatgericht en stelt klanttevredenheid centraal;
  • Contact leggen gaat je vlot af en je communiceert helder met uiteenlopende gesprekspartners;
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en voelt je goed bij een functie waarin je je eigen planning en doelstellingen mee vormgeeft;
  • Een correcte administratieve opvolging schrikt je niet af: je begrijpt het belang van CRM en hebt kennis van de courante Microsoft Office-toepassingen;
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en woont in de regio West-Vlaanderen.
