The posting

Als Werkvoorbereider EV Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve, technische en operationele voorbereiding van interventies en onderhoudswerken aan EV-laadinfrastructuur. Je vormt de schakel tussen de helpdesk, planning, servicetechniekers, technische ondersteuning en klanten. Je verwerkt interventieaanvragen, analyseert de technische noden en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden correct worden voorbereid, ingepland en opgevolgd.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit verschillende onderdelen:

Werkvoorbereiding en administratie

  • Verwerken en beoordelen van interventieaanvragen en serviceopdrachten.
  • Voorbereiden van onderhouds- en herstellingswerkzaamheden aan EV-laadinfrastructuur.
  • Opstellen en beheren van werkdossiers, werkorders en technische documentatie.
  • Controleren van de benodigde materialen, onderdelen en middelen.
  • Opvragen en opvolgen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Administratief verwerken van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.

Operationele en technische ondersteuning

  • Servicetechniekers ondersteunen bij technische en praktische vragen.
  • Afstemmen met de planning over prioriteiten, urgenties en uitvoeringstermijnen.
  • Openstaande interventies en serviceaanvragen opvolgen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte informatiestroom tussen de helpdesk, planning en techniekers.
  • Technische meldingen, storingen en interventieaanvragen analyseren.
  • Interventies aan AC- en DC-laadinstallaties en bijbehorende infrastructuur voorbereiden.
  • Ondersteunen bij technische vragen over laadstations, energievoorzieningen en randapparatuur.
  • Overleggen met Technical Support bij complexere technische dossiers.
  • Technische rapporten en interventieverslagen opvolgen.

Daarnaast waak je over een correcte en volledige administratie, volg je technische documentatie, procedures en werkinstructies op en signaleer je terugkerende problemen en mogelijke verbeteringen. Je draagt zo bij aan de optimalisatie van de werkprocessen en aan een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch geïnteresseerde en organisatorisch sterke kandidaat die nauwkeurig werkt en graag verschillende partijen met elkaar verbindt. Je combineert technische kennis met administratieve vaardigheden en weet informatie op een gestructureerde manier te verwerken en op te volgen.

We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of Energietechnologie, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische interesse in e-mobility en laadinfrastructuur.
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van elektrische installaties.
  • Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, servicecoördinator, planner of technieker is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent klantgericht en collegiaal.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en werkt administratief nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met standaard IT-pakketten zoals MS Office en kan vlot overweg met nieuwe platformen en IT-tools.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
