Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to support Relationship Managers in delivering quality private banking services, managing client transactions and ensuring smooth daily banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Managers in managing and servicing private banking clients.
  • Handle client enquiries, account opening and documentation.
  • Assist with investment orders, banking transactions and client requests.
  • Prepare and support credit proposals, amendments and periodic reviews.
  • Monitor remittances, loans, deposits, securities settlements and collateral positions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Private Banking.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • CACS Papers 1 and 2 required.
  • Good knowledge of banking operations, credit facilities and investment products.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills.
