Our client is looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate screening to onboarding.
  • Develop job descriptions and interview questions.
  • Coordinate recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to fulfil manpower needs.
  • Support employee retention initiatives and HR projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • F&B recruitment experience would be an advantage.
