This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketing professional to lead integrated campaigns, events, content marketing, and strategic partnerships that drive brand visibility and business growth across Singapore and the region.

About Our Client

Our client is a respected consultancy with a strong regional presence, partnering with leading organizations to create innovative workplace environments and experiences. As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a hands-on Marketing Communications Manager to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities and objectives.
  • Manage social media and email marketing activities, including content planning, audience engagement, publishing schedules, and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to transform project stories, industry insights, and company updates into engaging marketing content.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives and brand-building activities across digital and offline channels.

Events, Partnerships & PR

  • Lead the planning and delivery of events from concept to execution, including budgeting, vendor management, invitations, logistics, branding, and post-event evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with industry associations, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Support PR activities, media outreach, press materials, and external communications.

Marketing Planning & Regional Coordination

  • Maintain integrated marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns across regional teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.

Performance & Commercial Support

  • Monitor campaign and event performance using relevant metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets and expenditure effectively.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to support lead generation, client engagement initiatives, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or related functions.
  • Proven experience managing B2B marketing campaigns and corporate events independently.
  • Strong writing, editing, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Practical experience in social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Experience within professional services, architecture, interior design, real estate, workplace consulting, or the built environment sector will be highly advantageous.
