  • Ensure proper execution of trustee duties in accordance with trust deeds, applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Coordinate trust distributions, asset transfers, investment-related instructions and other administrative activities.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth (HNW) and international clients, beneficiaries, settlors and professional intermediaries.
  • Provide ongoing support on trust administration, estate planning structures and fiduciary matters.
  • Liaise with external legal advisers, tax consultants, private bankers and other professional service providers.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and establishment of trust and corporate structures.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through responsive service and timely resolution of enquiries.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure trusts and underlying corporate entities comply with applicable Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee client onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) requirements.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews, risk assessments and ongoing monitoring in accordance with internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate trust records, beneficial ownership information and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Identify and escalate potential fiduciary, regulatory and operational risks.

4. Corporate Administration & Financial Oversight

  • Oversee corporate secretarial and statutory administration requirements for underlying trust structures.
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams and external accountants on trust accounting, financial statements, billing and collections.
  • Support corporate restructuring, liquidation, winding-up and termination of trust-related entities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of trust registers, corporate records and internal databases.
  • Monitor outstanding administrative matters and ensure timely completion of statutory and client deliverables.

5. Team Supervision & Operational Management

  • Review work prepared by junior Trust Officers and Trust Administrators to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and technical support to junior team members.
  • Manage workflow, prioritize client deliverables and ensure service standards are maintained.
  • Recommend improvements to trust administration processes, documentation and internal controls.
  • Support management with regulatory reviews, audits and other operational projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, private wealth, estate planning or corporate services.
  • Proven experience managing trust portfolios and administering complex trust and corporate structures.
  • Strong understanding of trust administration, fiduciary responsibilities, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with Singapore trust legislation, AML/CFT requirements and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience dealing with international clients, high-net-worth individuals, family offices or private banking clients would be advantageous.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
