1 Elektrotechniker_in im Bereich Lehrlingsausbildung Für ein international agierendes Unternehmen in Ansfelden mit über 800 Mitarbeiter:innen suchen wir eine_n Elektrotechniker_in im Bereich Lehrlingsausbildung.

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Fachschule, Meister_in, HTL o.Ä.)

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Lehrlingsausbildung oder Wissensvermittlung

* Fundiertes technisches Wissen und Begeisterung für technologische Trends in der Elektrotechnik

* Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau von Vorteil

Soft Skills:

* Geduld :-)

* Teamgeist :-)

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen :-)

Tätigkeiten:

* Fachliche Ausbildung und Betreuung von Lehrlingen im Bereich

Elektrotechnik

* Vermittlung von praktischen Fertigkeiten und technischem Wissen

* Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Ausbildungsplänen und Praxisübungen

* Durchführung von Feedbackgesprächen und Begleitung zur LAP

* Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Ausbildner_innen, Fachabteilungen und Berufsschulen
