Principais Atividades:

  • Prospectar e desenvolver relacionamento com arquitetos, designers e profissionais parceiros, gerando indicações e compras recorrentes;
  • Realizar atendimento consultivo, conduzindo toda a experiência do cliente, desde a recepção até a apresentação do orçamento;
  • Interpretar desenhos executivos de projetos de mobiliário sob medida;
  • Elaborar orçamentos personalizados, conferindo medidas, modelos e acabamentos antes do envio;
  • Acompanhar negociações e garantir excelência no atendimento durante todo o processo comercial;
  • Organizar e manter a loja preparada para os atendimentos;
  • Registrar atendimentos, visitas e compromissos nos sistemas e agenda da equipe;
  • Atuar na fidelização e expansão da carteira de arquitetos e clientes.
  • Formação técnica ou superior completa ou em andamento, em Arquitetura, Design de Interiores ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Conhecimento em AutoCAD;
  • Conhecimento em SketchUp;
  • Conhecimento Softwares para leitura de desenhos executivos;
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos no segmento de mobiliário, Arquitetura, Decoração ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Boa comunicação, apresentação pessoal e postura consultiva;
  • Perfil comercial, organizado e orientado para relacionamento de longo prazo;
  • Proatividade para prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;
  • Afinidade com Design Autoral e produtos de Alto Padrão.

Horário de Trabalho:

  • Segunda a sexta-feira: das 09:00h às 18h42
  • Vale-transporte ou auxílio combustível de R$ 230,00 por mês;
  • Vale-refeição de R$ 24,00 por dia;
  • Vale-alimentação de R$ 80,00 por mês;
  • Gympass;
  • Convênio médico.

Remuneração:

  • Salário fixo: R$ 3.000,00;
  • Comissão a partir de 2% a 3% sobre vendas, e bonificação conforme atingimento de meta.
  • Média salarial: R$ 5.000,00 a R$ 10.000,00, ou mais, dependendo das vendas.
