Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) de Vendas para atuar com atendimento consultivo a clientes, arquitetos e designers de interiores, conduzindo todo o processo comercial, desde a identificação das necessidades e especificação dos produtos até o fechamento da venda e acompanhamento pós-venda.

O profissional será responsável por oferecer uma experiência de atendimento diferenciada, apresentando soluções em móveis e decoração, realizando o correto preenchimento dos pedidos e acompanhando os aspectos comerciais, técnicos e operacionais relacionados às vendas.

Procuramos uma pessoa com perfil comercial, atenção aos detalhes, responsabilidade e facilidade para construir relacionamento com clientes e profissionais especificadores.

Principais atividades:

  • Realizar atendimento consultivo e prospecção de clientes;
  • Identificar as necessidades do cliente e apresentar as soluções disponíveis no portfólio da empresa;
  • Atender e desenvolver relacionamento com arquitetos e designers de interiores;
  • Apresentar produtos como móveis, tapetes, cortinas, persianas, papéis de parede e serviços;
  • Identificar e registrar arquitetos e designers responsáveis pela especificação dos projetos;
  • Elaborar e preencher pedidos com informações técnicas, incluindo medidas, tecidos, acabamentos e demais especificações;
  • Realizar vendas de móveis sob medida e apoiar o levantamento das informações necessárias para desenvolvimento dos projetos;
  • Realizar vendas de produtos de showroom e outlet, seguindo os procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa;
  • Trabalhar de acordo com as políticas comerciais, margens, descontos e condições de pagamento estabelecidas;
  • Conferir pagamentos e comprovantes relacionados às vendas;
  • Orientar clientes sobre prazos, condições de entrega, fretes e particularidades logísticas;
  • Acompanhar o cliente durante o processo de entrega e pós-venda;
  • Apoiar demandas de assistência técnica e formalização de eventuais ocorrências;
  • Garantir precisão nas informações comerciais e técnicas inseridas nos pedidos.
  • Experiência anterior com vendas consultivas;
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de negociação;
  • Perfil comercial e orientação para resultados;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade para interpretar necessidades e apresentar soluções;
  • Responsabilidade no acompanhamento dos pedidos;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com informações técnicas e especificações de produtos;
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Capacidade de acompanhar todas as etapas da venda, do atendimento ao pós-venda.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com móveis, decoração, arquitetura ou design de interiores;
  • Vivência com atendimento a arquitetos e designers;
  • Experiência com público de médio/alto padrão;
  • Conhecimento em especificação de móveis, tecidos, acabamentos, cortinas,
  • persianas ou produtos de decoração;
  • Experiência com móveis sob medida;
  • Vivência com pós-venda e assistência técnica.
