Buscamos um profissional com perfil consultivo, excelente relacionamento interpessoal e paixão por vendas para desenvolver novos negócios e fortalecer parcerias estratégicas.

Principais Atividades:

  • Realizar atendimento consultivo a arquitetos, designers de interiores e clientes finais;
  • Prospectar novos clientes e desenvolver oportunidades de negócios;
  • Construir e manter relacionamento com escritórios de arquitetura e especificadores;
  • Gerenciar carteira de clientes e realizar ações de fidelização;
  • Elaborar orçamentos, apresentar propostas comerciais e acompanhar negociações;
  • Acompanhar todo o processo comercial, desde o primeiro atendimento até o pós-venda;
  • Realizar visitas a escritórios de arquitetura e acompanhar projetos quando necessário;
  • Trabalhar com foco em metas, indicadores e resultados comerciais.
  • Experiência com vendas no segmento de revestimentos, acabamentos, decoração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Vivência no atendimento a arquitetos e designers de interiores;
  • Relacionamento com profissionais de arquitetura na cidade de São Paulo será um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento em leitura de plantas arquitetônicas;
  • Formação ou curso em Arquitetura, Design de Interiores, Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas (desejável);
  • Conhecimento em revestimentos e metais será considerado um diferencial;
  • Excelente comunicação, organização e perfil consultivo.
  • Auxílio alimentação e transporte (aproximadamente R$ 700,00 mensais);
  • Bônus por atingimento de metas;
  • Plano de saúde e odontológico após o período de experiência.

Remuneração:

  • Salário fixo: R$ 2.100,00 mais comissão sobre vendas.
  • Média salarial entre R$ 6.000,00 e R$ 10.000,00, podendo ser superior conforme desempenho.

Horário de Trabalho:

  • Segunda a sexta-feira: 09h30 às 18h30;
  • Dois sábados por mês: 14h00 às 20h00;
  • Um domingo por mês: 13h45 às 19h00; Total de 3 folgas mensais.
