The posting

Buscamos uma profissional comunicativa, organizada e acolhedora para atuar na recepção de uma escola internacional, sendo responsável pelo primeiro atendimento às famílias, alunos e visitantes, contribuindo para uma experiência de excelência desde o primeiro contato.

Essa profissional terá papel fundamental no suporte às rotinas administrativas e no bom funcionamento da recepção, garantindo um atendimento cordial e organizado.

Principais Atividades:

  • Recepcionar pais, alunos, visitantes e fornecedores, oferecendo um atendimento cordial e acolhedor;
  • Realizar atendimento presencial, telefônico e via WhatsApp, direcionando as demandas aos setores responsáveis;
  • Controlar o acesso de visitantes e apoiar na organização da recepção;
  • Prestar suporte às rotinas administrativas da unidade;
  • Organizar documentos, correspondências e demais materiais administrativos;
  • Auxiliar no agendamento de reuniões e atendimentos quando necessário;
  • Apoiar a equipe escolar em demandas administrativas do dia a dia;
  • Zelar pela organização e boa apresentação da recepção e dos espaços de atendimento.
  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência anterior com recepção, atendimento ao cliente ou rotinas administrativas;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Facilidade para atendimento ao público e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office (Word, Excel e Outlook);
  • Facilidade com WhatsApp e ferramentas digitais;
  • Fácil acesso à região de Cotia.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em escolas, instituições de ensino ou ambiente educacional;
  • Vivência com atendimento a famílias e crianças;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas administrativos escolares.

Horário de Trabalho:

  • Segunda a sexta-feira, das 07h30 às 17h30.
  • Vale-Transporte;
  • Convênio Médico (coparticipação);
  • Refeição no local;
  • Bolsa de estudos para um filho, conforme política da instituição.

Remuneração:

  • Salário: entre R$ 2.000,00 e R$ 2.500,00, de acordo com a experiência e qualificação profissional.

Local de Trabalho:

  • Granja Viana/SP.
