## Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with a strong background in fintech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, demonstrating expertise in backend development, and will contribute to building innovative financial technology solutions. This role is based in Mumbai and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for fintech applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of backend services. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure system reliability. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.

## Qualifications - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; IIT alumni preferred. - Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. - Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture. - Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Understanding of security protocols and data protection measures. - Experience with fintech domain-specific technologies and compliance standards. - Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of blockchain or cryptocurrency technologies. - Prior experience working in a startup environment. - Certifications in cloud computing or security.

## Experience - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in backend development. - Proven track record of working in fintech projects. - Demonstrated stability with at least 2 years stay in one company.

## Salary - Range: ₹10,00,000 to ₹30,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and skills.
