When our consultants thrive, so do our clients.Motivated, curious, and passionate professionals make a real impact, not only on their own careers but also on the success of the organizations they support.We're looking for individuals who embody our values and help us foster strong, trust-based relationships with both our clients and our teams across the globe.Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we're now looking for a Test Analyst Consultant - Banking & Payments to join our journey.• Ensure delivered applications and products meet business requirements and technical specifications.• Analyse business/functional requirements, design detailed and structured test cases.• Design end-to-end test scenarios covering functional, non-functional, business use cases.• Conduct manual test execution across integration system and UAT phases.• Perform systematic re testing and regression testing after fixes and changes.• Validate end-to-end payment flows with strong focus on instant payments or similar solutions.• Prepare test data define test preconditions and ensure full test coverage.• Validate AML screening and sanctions filtering logic to ensure compliance across all payment message types and workflows.• Test transaction monitoring scenarios to confirm accurate identification of suspicious patterns and regulatory alert generation.• Identify document prioritise and track defects and anomalies using dedicated tools.• Analyse test results produce clear test evidence, contributing to quality reporting/KPIs.• Support project teams during end to end testing phases and ensure solution readiness for go live.How do we imagine our future Test Analyst Consultant - Banking & Payments ?• Minimum 5y experience as a senior manual tester on banking projects is mandatory.• Strong expertise in payments projects including instant payments and real time transaction processing.• Significant expertise in testing AML and KYT transaction monitoring systems to ensure compliant alert generation• Comprehensive knowledge of correspondent banking flows and messaging standards for validating international payment compliance• Proven ability to design test cases conduct tests and perform re checks independently.• Solid understanding of banking systems payment lifecycles clearing and settlement.• Strong knowledge of test design techniques testing standards and ISTQB methodology.• Hands on experience with Jira and Confluence.• Good technical understanding including SQL basics and data analysis capabilities.• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business and IT stakeholders.• Fluency in French and English spoken and written is required.We attract top talent and empower them with the right environment to excel and drive collective success.Why should you join us?
