When our consultants thrive, so do our clients.Motivated, curious, and passionate professionals make a real impact, not only on their own careers but also on the success of the organizations they support.We're looking for individuals who embody our values and help us foster strong, trust-based relationships with both our clients and our teams across the globe.Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we're now looking for a Data Expert Consultant to join our journey.• Analyze business team requirements and design robust, optimized solutions, while drafting the associated technical specifications.• Propose a realistic schedule for work and deliverables.• Develop DataStage workflows in accordance with the banking client's standards.• Handle testing and provide support to business teams during qualification phases.• Document and deploy solutions according to the banking client's standards.• Ensure the maintenance, quality, and performance of delivered solutions.• Work closely with the project team (Data Engineers, business teams, IT Project Manager, Business Project Manager).• Provide regular status reports on assigned projects and tasks.• Identify risks and propose solutions to meet deadlines and objectives.How do we imagine our future Data Expert Consultant?• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the data field, with at least 5 years of advanced hands-on expertise in IBM DataStage (mandatory).• Proven experience with data warehouse projects in a banking or financial environment.• Solid knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).• Proficiency in data modeling techniques (relational, multidimensional).• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Awareness of data quality, traceability, and governance issues.• Good communication skills, ability to integrate quickly, and a team-oriented mindset.• Meticulousness, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities.• Experience with tools such as Webfocus, Denodo, Dataiku, Power BI, or Cloudera is considered an asset.We attract top talent and empower them with the right environment to excel and drive collective success.Why should you join us?
