Was Dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Mitarbeit in der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Unterstützung im Zahlungsverkehr sowie bei der Kontenabstimmung
  • Mitwirkung im Mahnwesen und bei administrativen buchhalterischen Aufgaben
  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung von Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerbüro sowie internen Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen und Auswertungen

Was Du drauf hast:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen (z. B. DATEV) sowie MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1)
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Zahlenaffinität sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
