Tööülesanded: Sinu peamiseks ülesandeks on suure abi- ja hooldusvajadusega teenusekasutajate igapäevane toetamine ning nende heaolu ja turvalisuse tagamine. Töö hõlmab vahetut praktilist abi igapäevatoimingutes, nagu söömine, riietumine, isiklik hügieen, liikumine ja muud enesehooldustoimingud. Toetad teenusekasutajate võimetekohast arengut, võimalikult iseseisvat toimetulekut ning osalemist igapäevaelus. Töötad tihedas koostöös meeskonnaga, kes tunneb teenusekasutajaid ning arvestab nende individuaalsete vajadustega.

See ametikoht sobib inimesele, kes soovib teha tähendusega tööd, on valmis pakkuma igapäevaselt vahetut abi ja hooldust ning peab oluliseks, et teenusekasutajate päevad oleksid turvalised, sisukad ja tähendusrikkad.

Omalt poolt pakume: tähendusrikast rolli muutuvas organisatsioonis;uue töötaja sisseelamisprogrammi, tööjuhendamist, supervisioone, erialaseid koolitusi ja enesetäiendamise võimalusi; tänapäevast töökeskkonda; päevast või graafikuga tööaega; hoolivat ja sõbralikku meeskonda ning meeleolukaid ühiseid sündmusi; põhipuhkust 42 kalendripäeva ning kolme tasustatud tervisepäeva aastas.

Muud nõuded: Sul on sotsiaaltööalane kõrgharidus või keskharidus ja läbitud tegevusjuhendaja koolitus (260h);oled hooliv ja soovid teha tähendusega tööd; oled hea suhtleja ja oskad hästi hakkama saada ka keerulistes olukordades; oled kolleeg, kelle peale saab igas olukorras loota; Sind iseloomustab positiivsus, uuendusmeelsus, koostööle orienteeritus; Sul on eesti keele oskus B2 tasemel, vene keele oskus tuleb kasuks.
