HR Administration Assistant (60 %) – Basel

Über die Position

Wir suchen einen HR Administration Assistant mit einem Pensum von 60 % ab dem 1. Dezember 2026. Dein Arbeitsort ist Basel. Von dort aus unterstützt du unser Team in Deutschland bei der Personaladministration unter Berücksichtigung des deutschen Arbeitsrechts.

Dies ist eine Einstiegsposition: Berufserfahrung ist nicht erforderlich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen.
  • Administrative Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten.
  • Erfassung und Aktualisierung von Krankmeldungen und Abwesenheiten.
  • Pflege der Personalunterlagen und Unterstützung im täglichen HR-Administrationsgeschäft.

Dein Profil

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich.
  • Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsmarktes sowie eine in Deutschland abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein in Deutschland abgeschlossenes Studium sind zwingende Voraussetzungen.
  • Eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und gutes Organisationstalent.
  • Ein zuverlässiger und diskreter Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen.
  • Lernbereitschaft und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Keine vorherige HR-Erfahrung erforderlich – Berufseinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen.
