About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between product development and the market by creating compelling messaging, planning successful product launches, and driving customer adoption. While we ideally seek candidates with direct Product Marketing experience, we also welcome applications from professionals with strong, well-rounded general marketing experience who have demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth across our client's software portfolio.

Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, you will define product positioning, develop go-to-market strategies, launch new products and features, create sales enablement materials, and ensure customers clearly understand the value of our solutions.

This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with planning, execution, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop compelling value propositions for each product and module.
  • Define target customer segments and buyer personas.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate our client from competitors.
  • Translate complex software functionality into simple, customer-focused benefits.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, modules, and feature releases.
  • Coordinate product launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Prepare launch plans, timelines, communication materials, and success metrics.
  • Measure launch performance and continuously optimize future launches.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop product presentations, one-pagers, brochures, battle cards, FAQs, and sales collateral.
  • Train Sales and Customer Success teams on product positioning, key features, and competitive differentiators.
  • Support strategic customer presentations and major sales opportunities when required.
  • Ensure Sales teams have the resources needed to effectively position our client solutions.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors' products, positioning, pricing, and marketing activities.
  • Gather customer insights and communicate market feedback to Product and Leadership teams.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence resources for internal stakeholders.

Product Content & Customer Communication

  • Create product-focused website content, blogs, case studies, customer success stories, brochures, videos, and product documentation.
  • Prepare release notes, feature announcements, newsletters, and customer communications.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to develop campaigns that support product awareness and growth.

Customer Adoption

  • Develop customer onboarding and feature adoption campaigns.
  • Work with Customer Success to improve customer engagement and product usage.
  • Analyze adoption metrics and recommend initiatives to increase feature utilization and customer retention.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, or a related B2B technology role.
  • Minimum 2 years of dedicated Product Marketing experience is preferred. However, we also welcome candidates with strong, well-rounded general marketing experience who have demonstrated expertise in product positioning, go-to-market strategy, messaging, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience working in a SaaS company is mandatory. Candidates without SaaS experience will not be considered.
  • Proven experience launching B2B software products and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience marketing enterprise software is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys, and B2B buying processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong storytelling and product messaging capabilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex software features into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Experience planning and executing successful product launches.
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials and product collateral.
  • Strong market research and competitive analysis skills.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and Marketing teams.
  • Experience marketing enterprise SaaS products in international markets.
  • Experience in Compliance, Governance, HR Tech, ESG, EHS, or related B2B software industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and digital marketing.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
