Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnálise e organização de fretamentos e solicitações de voos, assegurando a logística necessária para comissaria, serviços de pista, sala VIP e autorizações de operação em voos locais e internacionais;Coordenação logística de tripulação e passageiros, incluindo hospedagem, transporte e alimentação, quando necessário;Preparação e envio de documentações para órgãos competentes, garantindo autorizações de sobrevoo e operação em voos internacionais;Documentação de informações para fechamento de notas fiscais de fretamento;Comunicação com manutenção e setores responsáveis em caso de incidentes, garantindo rastreabilidade e conformidade em situações de emergência;Realizar cotações e enviar propostas de fretamentos e atendimentos do FBO internacional contemplando os serviços solicitados pelos clientes;Acompanhamento de auditorias e cumprimento de políticas, normas e procedimentos da área. Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Aviação Civil ou áreas correlatas;Inglês avançado;Desejável experiência com planejamento e coordenação de operações de voo;Conhecimento das legislações e regulamentações aplicáveis à aviação.
